Why did I do it? Last night I pigged out on ................. Ryvita with a scraping of Nuttella I ate 4 of them, hang on that's 4 packs of 4. That wasn't enough I hit the freezer for a portion of cherry pie, that huge home made scone and then I raided my dh's choccie drawer for a Kitkat. Then a glass of red wine.
I didn't sleep so well, I was uncomfortable and unhappy with what I had done - but hey ho today is a new day, all that fibre has had an effect:eek: and I am going to be good. My bad time is in the evening so I will save my sins for tonight.
    Have a good day everyone.
    :hello:
  • Don't worry K, I certainly understand! Weird one tho isn't it?? We sabotage ourselves and then feel crappy afterwards.

Have you planned out all todays meals and left (esp syns) loads for tonight?

Have you got one of those microwave crisp makers? They are great and so long as you're organised they are a life saver (prepare the crisps before a munchy attack cos they take a bit of time to do)

Also, do you keep a diary? Was there a reason that you went off the rails? Are you due on or feeling lonely/bored/sad/happy??!

Try and pinpoint your triggers and have nibbles/activities lined up for when it is next likely to happen. Good luck hun xx

  • Well, it's me second weigh-in this morning, and I don't think it's looking good - I love my red wine and I think my large glass at night has undone all my good work through the week :o If I haven't lost this week, the wine will have to go

Phish, what is the microwave crisp maker, I am really missing my crisps
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D
  • i love the website, i like the graph when i put my weight in for the week!!
i made the chick pea peanuts for the first time the other nite and find them soo moorish!

Bringme whats the chickpea peanuts? Ive only used chickpeas once in a recipe years ago, cant remember what I was making but it smelt disgusting and tasted even worse so I have never used them since them!!

  • Well after totally over doing it on saturday with chinese and vodka:eek: Ive been good for the last couple of days. Its my first weigh in tomorrow so hoping for some good news. Im going to have a green day today I think, its my day off today and havent had breakfast so not quite decided and although I like red days there always seems to be more free foods on green days. So my meal plan is as follows:

b'fast - fried egg on toast 1x heb
lunch - h/made tomato soup and bread 1 x heb ( I have a lovely recipe for tomato soup which I am going to jig around and hpefully make it syn free)
dinner - sw chips, quorn sausages, baked beans, poached egg and maybe some mushrooms.
Other bits will be muller yogurts and fruit and then save my syns for the evening which will be used on chocolate!

awww peachy, come on, you know you can do it. make this week a top week, we are all here anytime you eed a kick up the bum, god knows you were there for me the other day,
k66, we all been there and done that, more than once, lol, its a fact of life. just try really hard to get back on the pla today, its only one day that's ruined, make the rest of the week a good one to try and counteract it. if you can get o the website, there's a thing there about flexi sinning, tells you about if you have a bad day, just to get back to a normal day the next day rather than spoil a whole week ad make it much worse,

    lots of love

  • Here ya go charlies mum... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Microwave-Crisp-Maker-new-in-sealed-packet_W0QQitemZ130197746251QQihZ003QQcategoryZ20633QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

all ya do is slice potatoes (or parsnips, sweet potato maybe?) equal width, stand em in the rack thing and nuke em. They come out soft and hot, just let them cool and they crisp right up. They are great. if you are gonna flavour them sprinkle on before you nuke em, someone mentioned (on here or at class) sprinkle with a bit of parmesan (HEA amount of parmesan is LOADS!) still to try that - will let you know!

PS - that seller is nowt to do with me!

Thanks for all your support Miss Phish, I have started preparing today's meals and I am going to get a crisp maker too. Last week I bought some Salter digital scales from A G*S for £9.99, they are neat and so easy to use, my amounts of cereal have certainly altered now. You can't turn the clock back so smile and look forward.
