TBH, the class I attend isn't as fun as I had hoped but it really does keep me on track.

well went to class and put on 1lb :shocked: , i did say and to make it worse my o/h is away next week so i dont know what to do , my class is not still 7.30 and i have a son 9 , ill have to see what i can do , speak to family .0

good morning to you all....
well done on all your losses so far...
i had a day out in London yesterday.. i started off sooo good, i made myself a nice red packed lunch and even carried a flask around for the day.... BUT............ as i got to the station to come home, i turnrd into a mad woman and me and my dd went to find a pizza hut and well erm.... i had everything !!!!! even pud !!!!!!!! how silly am i ? but it was yummy !!!!!! lol... on the other hand.. i did do lots of walking !!!!!
going to get back on track today, for breakfast im going to make that nice sw mackeral and crab pate and have it with brown bread toasted
lunch... chicken + egg salad
dinner smoked haddock
lots of muller lights inbetween !!!!!
i didnt stay for the meeting after i got weighed last week as i had to get back to work, so can someone please pm me the password... thanks x x x x

Right, another day another dollar and all that. I hope thing is better than yesterday - i think this is a steep learning curve, can't belive i used to do this before but have totally forgotton the rules! Anyway...
Green day today.
breakfast: porridge (HEb + milk=HEa)
lunch: salad (roquette, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, pepprer + laughing cow thingy (HEa)
I have brought quite a big tub of pineapple, raspberries and blackberries to work. Plus a muller light and an apple.
tea: quorn chilli + rice
so i think i have 1HEb left for something? And some syns? If i have 1.5 stone to lose how many syns a day should i have?0 -
