can you put cajun spice on them
  • Don't see why not. I usually use garlic italian seasoning - yummm.

I've just made the cottage cheese quiche for the first time. Put last nights leftover mashed swede and carrot on the base - it look real nice!

I know, it's my own fault, too much red wine, so that has to go this week - maybe I could just have one small glass

    Hi Charlies Mum

I too like my red wine, and what I did last week was save all my sins for the wine if I was going to have it that evening and then, made a red wine spritzer with diet lemonade, It was surprisingly nice and quite refreshing, might be an idea?

  • Managed my first day, and surprisingly stuck to it!
It def. helps to plan the meals, and i've found that mI was only slightly hungry after my late shift......Having saved some A & B, I was able to satisfy that hunger without keeping myself up half the night.
Feeling good about this achievement right now - especially seeing as how I'm on lates, the worst time for me and food!
To add to what was said, I LOVE red wine too, and have given up my wine tasting course coz I just can't spit - (what a waste). I'm now buying better quality wine in less quantity and "savouring" the taste as opposed to "quaffing" now....that seems to help.

Oooh I love working from home - have eaten completely free so far! Two poached eggs and baked beans for brekkie, water and diet coke to drink, Quorn cottage pie for lunch and more baked beans if I want them later. Will perhaps wait until after weigh in! :rotfl: Its so easy when you're home all day! Maybe thats my problem - I work therefore I'm fat :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've got a crisp maker (from Betterware/Kleeneze?) but I haven't used it for months - they never quite tasted like Pringles so I lost interest :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Might try them though later with a bit of salt and paprika? Do you put it on before or after you nuke them - I forget?

Hello, I have been away for the weekend and there are SO many posts to read I don´t think I have time to get through them today!
I said I would do the next group wi list so if it has not already been done this weekend and people would like another list then PM me your weight loss from your most recent wi and I will put them in a list as Lillys Mum did last week.
If someone else has already done this this weekend then there will be no need but I can´t see it.
