Looks like I am taking the SCENIC ROUTE
my losses so far are -4,-2,-2.5,2,and today -0.5
Total 11lbs since 14th Jan. :j
Slow but steady - just hope that the loss, no matter how small, continues and stays off.:hello:0 -
Hi Miss Kitty congrats on your imminent baby. I have a 6 month old and am just back to my pre-preg weight but not through dieting. When BF you need to listen to your body so there are days when you need to eat and that might be cake - especially in the early days. You also have very little time so preparing food can be difficult so go with the flow in the first few months. Be realistic and remember that it took a while to get there so it'll take a while to lose it too. And get yourself a good sling and get walking. I try to walk at least an hour a day with baby in a pushchair or more often a sling/carrier and that means that you get fitter as your baby gets heavier.0

what does !!!!! it all over mean? got all sorts of ideas running through my head now
:rotfl: :rotfl: Think this is 'p r i c k' it all over. I've done this myself and the rude word filter has a field day :rotfl:
An easy "Spanish omelette" or frittata is to 'fry' in a large pan, anything you have left over in the fridge. I use sliced boiled new potatoes, sweetcorn, peas, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, onion & tomatoes. When they've softened, whisk up ½ a dozen eggs, pour over the veggies and let it cook on a low light till it's set. If necessary, flash under a hot grill to finish off the top.
Slice and eat with a huge salad, it's gorgeous (and free on green).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Is this a done thing.....
As I mentioned before, I am thinking of joining my local group on Wed. I told my friend on the phone a little while ago to see if she wanted to come along and join too. She said she may come along and register just to get the information pack but never go back again...
Surely she would have to go back, wouldn't the group leader keep phoning her?? and totalling up the missed weeks for her to pay back?? She seems to think this is the done thing and no-one actually returns each week for the support etc.
I'm not sure if I should not let her come with me as if the leader knows we are friends she might keep getting me to pass messages on etc...
