Parking Charge Notice - UKPS at Coventry Rugby Club Butts Arena

I am new to this Forum. As the registered keeper I have received a Parking Charge Notice from UKPS at the Coventry Rugby Club Butts Arena in Coventry.
The notice shows the Vehicle entering the car park and leaving within approx. 9 minutes.
I have been reading some of the advice on the Newbie Thread and appreciate there is help for these ridiculous and unfair car parking charge notices. I plan to follow the advice of the response set out in the template advised and continue if needed to present this case at court.
Just a few things I have noticed upon their evidence provided (UKPS) -
Entry Sign is small and not clear upon entry to the car park. Nor does any of the Tariff signs identify the car park is managed by a creditor and only states Coventry Rugby Club. There is reference to terms and conditions on these tariff boards but their evidence is only a close up of these terms and conditions and does not state were they are located and are not placed on any of the tariff boards.
Tariff boards do not identify or make it clear that this is a car park Monitored by ANPR.
Also, on their tariff board they make a reference to Fines! I am not aware that private car parks can issue car park fines as this would suggest a crime has been committed?
Coventry Rugby Club advertise their parking fees online but show a completely different tariff board with different prices to that provided in evidence from UKPS. The board advertised online also has the terms - Parking Penalties, though this is not on the board provided in evidence.
I have also sent a complaint to the landowner.
Sorry for the log winded post but would like a thread open should I need further advice and support.
Thank you for all the advice currently available through this site :-)

So I followed up my contact by email with a telephone call with a call to the Landowner (Cov Rugby Club). She said that she could listen but not help in any way with a PCN as only UKPS can help. I discussed my concerns with the misleading signs, especially the price difference on their website to the Tariff boards that was sent in evidence from UKPS. She said that it is not possible as the Rugby Club do not advertise their car parking charges online or when they send out tickets (I assume she means rugby tickets) to customers. She asked where I got the information from and I told her their website. She asked me exactly what I typed into google so I told her, she asked again and I said I had just told her and she slammed the phone down on me. I called back and asked why she put the phone down and she said I became aggressive - which I did not. I asked for her name and she slammed the phone down on me!
I'm in shock and did not expect this at all!
So on to step 2!0 -
Show us pics of the various signs please!
What a rude woman. No paying UKPC. Compare the NTK to the POFA and non-POFA versions shown in my thread of NTK pictures.
Which version do you have?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So initial appeal was rejected within 7 minutes despite stating that the appeals manager had thoroughly reviewed and considered! My guess these are standard templates they send!!
I'm struggling to paste the link as advised form Dropbox. Will keep trying! Keeps saying I need to be around longer to post but I have changed the Http to hxxp
Also I believe the PCN is non-POFA from looking at your examples

If I have posted the link above correctly -
Pics 5094664 and 5094666 are evidence photos provided by UKPS
23184 is the current signage
The other one is from Coventry Rugby website
If you need anything else let me know.0 -

Are you sure? Keeper liability wording missing?
Also that sign has the parking offered by the Rugby Club, calls the £100 a fine (as you noticed) and fails to mention UKPC (no contract with UKPC then!) so that's a second point easy win at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is a copy of the notice with details blanked out.
Also it is IPC not Popla.

@Crystal86 You need to pay more attention to detail, in your thread title and first post you refer to UKPC a BPA member, whereas the actual PPC is UKPS who are a completely different bunch of scammers and IPC member. This site has come up before a couple of years ago and the signage then was just the same, it hasn't changed or improved, it is in no way compliant with anything, at still mentions fines.Your links made live:The web site reference page, note that little sticker stuck on the sign behind is as far as I can see the only PPC signage:And below is the entrance, absolutely no signage what so ever, GSV link is below too;How the club has got away with this for so long I have no idea, misrepresentation of authority and no conformance to IPC COP, not that they bother. You say "entry sign is very small" but where on earth is it?This poster shows more photos from 2022 but sadly never came back:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6389877/coventry-rugby-butts-park-arena-parking-charge-notice#latest

I am so sorry to cause the confusion. I have been so stressed and reading so much I must have confused the two! I tried to be so careful with what I was posting.
I saw the last posters Information. It was what brought me to this site. Shame nothing has changed.
From what I can see the entrance sign is a small sign at the back of the car park and and not clear. Neither, does either of the blue signs make anyone aware that it is monitored by ANPR. The UKPS signs appear to be deliberately hidden away from the main signs.
Shall I still stick with the next step and not send an appeal to IAS?
As the club didn't wish to communicate with me by phone or respond to the contact method online I am going to write an email to them ( with some direct email addresses I have found) and hopefully a copy to their club president. I really don't want this to happen to anyone else whatever the outcome is of the ticket.
I feel raising this with the local MP would be a good step too.
Thanks again for taking the time to post and support.0 -

From Google Earth this appears to be the entry sign when I have compared to the evidence sent.0
