How can the DVLA release my detailsBecause the DVLA don't ask for evidence; it's automatic release of data with no human checks.

I now have my LOC. Although dated over a week an half ago with 30 days to respond!.
I have managed to liaise with one of the Coventry Rugby Clubs directors, after finding her personal profile on Facebook!! She has responded despite being on holiday and provided me her personal email. I have sent her a copy of the full complaint letter I tried to send via the club, highlighting all the issues with signage, breach of data etc.. I have also highlighted the new signs are just as bad!
She has acknowledged my email and said she will respond when she has reviewed the matter in full. So fingers crossed she will support this and have the signage reviewed!2 -
So, as a claim is now likely I am in preparation mode and checking through all my evidence and correspondence.
I have noticed In the appeal response UKPS said"If you choose to do nothing, after 56 days from the incident date, the parking charge will be passed to our debt recovery agent, at which point you will be liable to pay an additional charge of £60, in accordance with our terms and conditions of parking and further charges will be claimed if Court action is taken against you. Any unpaid Court Judgement may adversely affect your credit rating"However they have added a 70.00 charge in all correspondence via debt recovery agents and solicitors? Just one of many discrepancies/spelling errors in their response.
The purposely hidden terms and conditions signs did not mention either sum amounts.
They also put at the beginning FULL & FINAL RESPONSE WITHOUT PREJUDICE:.
My understanding is that this means I cannot use this response in court?0 -

Yes they did. And just reviewed my mountain of debt recovery letters from Debt Recovery Plus ( the charge states 160) then later Trace Debt Recovery in March 2025 say the charge is 170. Not sure what the extra 10.00 is for1

Response from one of the director's of the Rugby Club -Thank you for your detailed email regarding a parking charge. The car park is run and operated by UKPS, and not the rugby club. We have no responsibilty over the signage they put up, that is in their control. We also receive no income from the fines. As a result we have no power over their decisions. I know this will not be the message you want to hear. When organising events, if it is an event we are organising, we try to ensure people are aware of the parking charges. On your occassion it was not a rugby club event so we had no control over what your organisers advised their attendees.I am sorry that this has happened but as we have no control over the signage or the running of tue carpark, we cannot get involved in this matter.0

So they are content to wash their hands of it, let the tail wag the dog and ruin their reputation and repeat patronage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So UKPS say the blue signs are not theirs and the Club says they are not theirs either 🤔
Im more disappointed because if the landowners don't care, nothing will change after me and it will continue to happen to others.
Let's see what my MP thinks.
Anyone else you suggest I can complain to whilst I wait for court papers 😅1 -
