    Yes: it works! Registered keepers cannot lose as long as the driver isn't identified. This has always been the case and is nothing new.

    Quick question, do the same rules apply if you overstay the "Maximum time limit?
    This is in reference to the T@ Manchester Airport pick-up zone.
