Why are you "fighting" with them? All you need to do is say that as the Keeper you decline to identify the driver and if they are not happy with that, then you refer them to the answer given in Arkell v Pressdram (1971).

Then just get on with your life and ignore anything and everything that follows until it eventually stops.

That's weird (unless that final image is old).

The charge is £7. It's not been £6 for a while.
It’s definitely £6 for Terminal 2 drop off as recently as 3 weeks ago

    Hi all,

I have submitted my appeal using the much spoke about template, I have been written too today asking for the following and wondered if this is normal:

Parking Charge xxxxxxxxxxxx was issued to the registered keeper with the DVLA. It is stated on the

reverse of the Parking Charge ‘As we do not know either the name of the driver or their current address,

we invite you, the Registered Keeper, to pay this Parking Charge or provide us with the name and current

    address of the driver.’

We would request that you provide us with the details of the driver or make payment for this charge:

    • Name and Surname

    • Complete address including postcode

Please provide this information within 14 days of the date of this letter of request.

We have placed your case on hold for 14 days to allow you to comply with this request.

If we do not receive the required evidence/information within 14 days, we will have no choice but to

process your appeal based on the information that we currently hold.

Do i just sit this out and await the 14 days lapse etc?

    thanks community.

    @Coupon-mad
I would suggest we use a much more forthright appeal text

This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details to try and get around the fact there is no keeper liability (and never can be under POFA)

Due to this being airport land you will be well aware there is NO keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and thus not relevant land.

As there is NO keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw

If you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCN

So let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it)
