Exactly the same for me, hopefully not too long to wait now. Had an e-mail saying I needed to do the things I'd already done, will give it a few days before messaging them.MABLE said:I completed switch 12 Feb and all criteria met but no sign of payment as yet.1 -
No email only to say switch was complete and a call from one of their branches trying to offer me other products.Middle_of_the_Road said:

Although some have been paid already, maybe they're doing it in batches like other banks have done.MABLE said:

No panic yet, as they do say-When will I receive the switch incentive payment?
Once you’ve switched to an eligible current account, you have 30 calendars days to make sure you meet all the other switch incentive eligibility criteria.
If you meet all the criteria, you’ll receive the payment within 40 calendar days of your switch completing.

I’m in the same position! It’s difficult not worrying that I’ve inadvertently done something wrong … I completed a full switch on the 12th following which I made 5 card transactions, set up two standing orders, logged into both the app and online bank and transferred £1050 into my new current account and then moved £25 into my new savings account. I wouldn’t be so fearful were it not for the fact that I’ve read that other ppl have already received their £100! Bit disconcerting, but am sure it’ll be ok!Middle_of_the_Road said:

In other news, I had a Metro Bank burner account set up so moved on the Nat West offer last night, the moment I learnt about it 😊0 -
Any online way around the damn Visa Secure password registration ? Don't really want to be stuck on the phone waiting for a call centre.0

If you are just wanting to do that to use your card online, I successfully managed to make payments to my energy provider (Octopus) with the card without having to use or register for Visa Secure.dabe1971 said:Any online way around the damn Visa Secure password registration ? You can add the card to an online wallet (Google or Apple) and make 5 transactions that way. I did 5 £1 deposits to Chip and that worked.dabe1971 said:Any online way around the damn Visa Secure password registration ? Don't really want to be stuck on the phone waiting for a call centre.
Others have reported being able to do £1 Amazon account top ups without being asked for a Visa Secure password.3 -
I managed to make 3 card payments to my Skipton account without registering for a Visa Secure password. The 4th failed. I tried again about 24 hours later and the 4th went through. The 5th failed, and I think I hadn't waited 24 hours before trying again as it failed again (will try again at weekend, unless I get to a shop!). So maybe worth waiting 24+ hours before trying online again if it fails?fabsaver said:

Hi
For anyone who hasn't been paid out but have met the criteria. I had an email saying I still needed to deposit £1000. Ignored at first but then gave in and made another deposit. Within a couple of hours I received an email and the £100 was in my account.

Was that a seperate email to the one about 5 debit transactions + £1000? So like specific to the £1000 only?sheffieldeagle said:Hi
