Thanks for your advice, I think that's a sensible way to proceed. Not only might I jeopardise receiving a guaranteed £50and not qualify for the Ulster Bank switch, I will inevitably damage my credit rating. I have hope that Santander will introduce a new offer at some point soonanna42hmr said:last year RBS/Natwest/Ulster kept the offer running for quite a long time, so may be worth holding on until after the Coop one has paid out, and then try if still around then, if you miss will be likely to have another one down the line.

harz99 said:However, the date on the letter from Co-op confirming the switch had completed was Monday 12th, if this date is then used as the starting date to count the 30 day period for doing the £1k pay in and 5 DC uses, it may be that some of us have jumped the gun by doing the next steps a few days early.I had similar. That would also explain why £1k transferred in as part of the switch didn't appear to "count" for me.1

Now received my money, under 48 hours since the last of the 5 debit card payments was made.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

Dont understand the timelines! Been 4 days since my last debit payment. Just redid the £1k though!0

I've done today:-
- £1k transfer into co-op (but withdrawn immediately)
- 5 debit cards purchases on amazon (5 x £1 gift card top-ups).
- 2 x £1 standing orders setup to go out for tomorrow.
Let's see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.0 -
I recieved a £100 email. This was following another 1k transfer in yesterday having followed advice from another poster here that the approach seemed to work2

My switch date was 9 Feb but letter said 12 Feb so would I be best to do the 1k money go round again as some of it was prior to 12th? Also should the debit card purchases be after the 12th?miller said:harz99 said:However, the date on the letter from Co-op confirming the switch had completed was Monday 12th, if this date is then used as the starting date to count the 30 day period for doing the £1k pay in and 5 DC uses, it may be that some of us have jumped the gun by doing the next steps a few days early.I had similar. Would it be OK to switch the Coop account away but leave the Online Saver with £25 in (waiting for the £50 bonus). Or do we have to keep the main account?

I have sent the £1000 again hoping it will generate my £100 email. Also completed switch 12 Feb. I’ll leave it there for a few days.0

My switch date was 13th Feb but I did the 5 transactions and deposited £1000 before then. One week later and not had my £100 yet, might have to do it all again
Errrr...come back later
