Co Op Switch offer (seen 15th January 2024)

My wife's switch completed just after 10am this morning, everything moved over, and her donor Nationwide account has gone (it was there at 8am).
She registered for online banking okay, downloaded the Coop app and set that up okay, transferred another £500 into the Coop to go with the slightly over £500 balance that was switched in, so the £1k in bit is satisfied, tried to open an online saver both online and in app but no button showing to actually apply, so tried the tracker account which had a button and has been accepted ( waiting a couple of days for it to appear in online/app to pay the £25 in), started the 5 debit card payments with two purchases in the village shops ( three more to go will be done on Tuesday) as she doesn't want to register for a secure number for online shopping.
Along the way various emails and texts received updating all the progress, hopefully should have the £100 on or around Valentine's day so she can buy me a pint...0 -

Will doing 5 x £1 amazon gift card purchases suffice? I assume Amazon won't bundle that up to a single transaction against the card if done on the same day?

Not 100% sure if the £500 switched balance will count as a deposit, but you'll find out soon enough when they email you with the things left to do. And from memory I had to apply for my online saver through online banking, not through the app.
1.3 In the 30 days following the switch completion date:
a) has deposited at least £1,000 into the eligible account (this can be transferred as part of the switch and/or by one or more deposits)

I opened my online saver on the phone on wednesday afternoon as the app crashed everytime i tried and not possible via online banking.Nothing showing in the app yet and i received a form in the post to sign today but the account number box is blank, has anyone else had this?do i wait to sign form until i have a account number or just sign and return form.without doubt the most hassle i have ever had doing a switch.
