Co Op Switch offer (seen 15th January 2024)

Has anyone else completed all the requirements and not had the £100 paid within a few days?
My switch completed last Friday and the necessary SOs / DDs transferred over as part of that. The email I received from them Monday morning confirmed the only things left to do were pay in £1,000 and 5 debit card transactions. I did both of these things on Monday and the debit card transactions cleared on Tuesday.
However still no £100. I'm getting quite concerned after seeing on here how quickly others seem to be receiving the bonus

I suspect it'll be the same with Barclays and the rainy day saver, though technically I no longer qualify as I down graded from Barclays Blue, albeit they left the saver running still. I will move my balance out and close the account after a DD goes on the 8th, 4 days before the switch to cover for thisStargunner said:Just some advice if anyone is switching from Chase. i received an email from Chase today advising that my switch to the Co-op could not be completed due to me having a savings account open with Chase. They advised me to close the savings account and then resubmit the switch, which I have now done.Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Like others I am waiting until my switch from Barclays has completed before moving through the steps to qualify for the incentive. There's something in my head that keeps nagging at me and I wonder if anyone has heard of this? Is there a requirement for my Barclays debit card to have been used in order for me to qualify when the switch from Barclays to Co-op goes through? To be honest I never used it, just jumped through all the other hoops to get the incentive from Barclays when I switched from TSB. I'd be grateful if anyone knows what it is I'm thinking of. Thanks.0

Some of us still haven't heard whether we've even got an account yet. It's likely that not everyone will get everything at equal speed. They've set out some timelines, so as long as you get what's promised in the timeline given - it's not something to worry about at this stage.

Different systems. The Chase Saver requires an active Chase current account, which is why the current account switch failed.

No such requirement that I can see. I reckon your thinking of what qualifies as a "live" direct debit for switching purposes, however as you could always set up the required 2 DDs or SOs within the 31 days immediately after your switch has completed, that isn't an issue either.jaxxx said:Like others I am waiting until my switch from Barclays has completed before moving through the steps to qualify for the incentive.
