Hi steveksullivan,
I read your comment on page 15 of this forum and I am confused if I should request to fully switch for the incentives as I receive co-op debt card out of the blue that I applied during the offer period but didn't fill the switch part.0 -
im having difficulty registering for online banking.. on the webpage it says download the app and put your details in, however when i do that it asks for a username which i dont recall setting when i applied. ive then tried to register using my email address which failed, i then went to recover username from website, put in all my bank account details and then it says account not recognised... Anyone had trouble with this... Not a good start and im now thinking do i want to be part of this organisation with such clunky systems0

It sounds as if you tried to log in to the app, as opposed to register. The username is something you set up as part of the registration.
There is a video for registering for online banking, is this of help to you?

Am I right in thinking its best to wait to do the saver until the switch is complete?1

Apologies if this has been covered, when it refers to ‘depositing 1k into the account’ I’m assuming this is the actual current account and not the savings account?
If so, am I correct in thinking you only have to deposit £25 into the savings account and leave for 45 days to get the extra £50.
Thanks for any help.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Just a heads up as two newbies to Coop the instant bank transfer is NOT! Moved small amounts from each other’s accounts which say they’ll be immediate. The weekend one went through today but still waiting for a transfer back made this morning. No issue but it’s been a good test.Tilly Tidying andPADing in 2024 £250.62

They are quick at something i have found, used the online secure messaging system Saturday PM and despite saying 5 working days for a reply they have come back to me today confirming what the switch date was set at (due to start on 2nd and complete on 12th) and confirming the online saver should be visible in online banking tomorrow (following the application made on Tuesday).MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..2

Can anyone advise how to make online debit card payments please ? I've tried to register the card on Amazon and one other site with no luck. All I get is a message to call the bank in order to verify my card.This is despite having used the card successfully in a bricks and mortar shop.1
