    Exactly what watty says. You’re doing really well. I’m sure no one would expect a Christmas card from you this year so well done for doing them anyway. My cousin lost her husband suddenly earlier this year and has signed her card with her name and family which she’s always done anyway.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £220,873
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
