Is your mum in denial about how ill he is?
The stress won't help how you feel either.

I suggest when you visit him you push the hydration. I know that was the only possible complaint I could have at my mother's care when she was in hospital. Not strictly true as every time she went in a doctor would say she has dementia, yes of course we know, & the doctor would ask why she hasn't got a diagnosis.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201

Just popped in to do a quick update before I go to bed
Dad is still in hospital and is very poorly, they have attempted to send him home twice but he’s deteriorated so he’s got to stay in. It’s been a complete nightmare dealing with everything because my sister is his LPA and of course won’t tell me anything so I have to ask the nurses to repeat everything again to me. They like you to have one person to be liaison if possible as this saves time for the staff. Luckily for me he is on my daughter’s ward ( she has had to move and work on another ward ) but she is close friends with the Matron so has had a word with her about the situation. The matron phoned me this morning to say she has arranged a meeting with the doctor in charge of dad’s care for Tuesday afternoon for me ,mum and my sister who has agreed to take part via teams. They want to update us all about his health at the same time so we all know what’s going on. He is very very frail and is not eating at all and barely drinking so I think the news isn’t going to be good.
I will also update about my situation tomorrow if I get timeOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1205 -
