So sorry to hear you are not well & having to spend so much time resting. Do you think it could be the aftermath of a virus that has got into your system? I seem to recall you did have more than your share of Covid? 
Sending my best wishes & hope that you start to turn a corner soon, as it must be miserable. Are you able to concentrate on reading? I know that's something you like to do, but it isn't always easy when you feel really awful as it is harder to concentrate.

Thanks Foxgloves . I’m reading but my hands are quite painful so holding books is a problem at the moment. I’ve got my kindle but all my current reads are actual books which is annoying. My GP isn’t sure what’s going on ,so far they have tested me for Lupus which was inconclusive also blood cancer which was negative and now possibly sjorgrens syndrome or some sort of arthritis. Polymyalgia is also still in the mix so I’m not allowed to take any steroids until I’ve seen the Rheumatologist because they can mask the symptoms of all the things they want to test me for. The jury’s  out on whether my three times dance with Covid has left me with some damage 😟

Thanks, I am also wondering if covid has anything to do with this. I’ve had chronic pain for a long time but nothing like this and my chest has never recovered
