Felt fine this morning so went to meet my friend for coffee and now I feel like carp again. I did keep my distance while we were together and we didn’t hug like we usually do so hopefully she won’t catch anything 😟 I will feel awful if she is ill too . Our Costa was closed due to technical issues so we had to go somewhere else, we wasn’t to a local independent that I like as they do lovely muffins 😍😍.
I had a cleaning spree when I got home and chucked a load of washing on, I should have done it in the morning because it would have dried today but I didn’t get up in time so it’s had to go on the airer. I also changed my bed so I’ve got nice fresh bedding tonight and I finally made my vege pasta bake that was supposed to make on Monday.
The person wanting the settee messaged to say they can only pick it tomorrow or on Saturday after 4 pm so I don’t need to stay over at DDs now as I don’t need to get there until the afternoon. DD won’t actually be there because shes going to a harvest dinner with her friend, they did ask me to go but I said no thank god or we would have been stuck .
I’m not going to rehab tomorrow because although I felt better this morning I don’t feel too good now so it’s not worth the risk . I’m disappointed because this was one of the sessions I was particularly interested in but can’t do anything about it now. If I feel up to it I will be putting my garden furniture back in the loft for the winter. I also really need to finish a cross stitch I started ages ago, the frame it was on was too big so I bought a smaller one but it’s a Christmas design so I didn’t feel like stitching it over the summer 😀 but now the dark nights are back I think it will be good to get it done.
I can’t believe it’s October and I’ve been walking round in a t shirt all week. I know it’s often mild down here in the autumn but not t shirt weather. I looked at my garden today and it’s absolutely covered in leaves and seed pods from, the sycamore trees so that’s another job waiting to be done. Last year I left all the leaves until they all came down and it was really hard work clearing them up so this year I keep doing them every week, there’s still loads to come down though ☹️I love May trees but I wish they were evergreen 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -
It's a shame you will have to miss that session of rehab. Will it come round again?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)
