I love plums, apart from the thick-skinned ones. Enjoy yours!

Good to hear you are alive and moving about. :) And able to see to the chicken too. I assume from this that you aren't in a bird flu zone? We saw some chickens and ducks confined to a fairly small pen last week as the area is restricted. However, there were some small song birds popping in to visit them, so I'm not sure they were effectively quarantined!

I wonder if your good days are followed by bad days due to you feeling better and doing more? It must be so exasperating to be stuck in bed so I hope your orders come soon and give you something nice to do. Let us know if the book turns out to be worth reading!

I figured out originally that my bad days were following the good days when I had done more so i have made my self not do much at all in the hope that I will start to feel better and today I think it’s working

I’m not in a bird flu zone here, originally locked her in thinking the lockdown was nation wide so the poor thing spent a couple of weeks locked in with out needing to be. My run is like Fort Knox nothing can get in apart from insects and spiders 😀it also has a waterproof roof.

Tho book is really enjoyable so far, I was I two mined bout buying it but I’m glad I did now.

Good to hear you sounding better. Also nice to hear the bird flu isn't in your area and your chicken can enjoy some freedom!

Sunday was a good day 🙂I was still quite breathless but not feeling ill. Both DDs came round and I now have a new pile of books to read from Mother’s Day. I wasn’t going to go anywhere on Mother’s days but DD2 talked me into going for a coffee with her and a mooch round Waterstones. We got a taxi into town so I did t have to walk too far. I bought myself a couple more books and used my £10 of points I had on my reward card. I did have to use the lift to get up to the cafe though as the stairs would be too much.
I caught the bus home though because it is all on the flat so I thought I would be ok to walk along my road but I really struggled and it was painfully slow, I got home in one piece though

Monday wasn’t so good I didn’t feel good all day so didn’t do a lot at all

Tuesday was better and I managed to change my bedding and do a bit housework ( only sweeping the floors and wiping round the bathroom ) I didn’t feel too good in the night though so decided to phone the surgery this morning to see if I could get an appointment today which I was able to do.
I saw a very efficient ACP who was very thorough. She made me walk laps round the room so she could see what my sats would do and they did drop down but recovered quite fast so that was an improvement. I told her I just wanted to make sure the infection was gone, she listened to my chest and it sounded clear so good news.
She has booked me an appointment for an ECG and some bloods because I have been getting lots of palpitations so she wanted to check theres no cardiac issue or blood clots so I’m having that done tomorrow afternoon then I have to book a follow up with a gp and she told me not to go back to work unless I’m feeling 100% able to cope

I’m going out for coffee tomorrow with my friend, she has offered to come and pick me up so I don’t have to walk to the bus stop and she drops me home any way so that’s not a problem. I’m looking  forward to going out somewhere instead of being stuck at home. The weather was lovely here today so it was nice to get outside even if it was just to go to the surgery 😀

Pleased to hear you’re improving and feeling a bit better. Don’t go rushing back to work too early.
