Today was spent at DDs doing some more painting and it was freezing in the house because the boiler isn't on. We lit the woodburner but there wasn't enough wood to keep it going the whole time we were there. I really can't let myself get too cold or I have a flare up of pain. I'm not feeling too good today but will hopefully feel better after a good nights sleep. I thought I would just post on here and then get off to bed.
Im trying not to miss a day posting because that then turns into days then weeks so consistency is key with me. I'm still filling in my gratitude diary that I got for Christmas and it's really helping me to realise I find happiness in the smallest things. DD1 made a brilliant present it's called A Blind Date With A Book so they are all wrapped up in brown paper with a home made festive pompon on the front with just a very brief description of the book written on the back ( I might have already posted about this but I can't remember ) I have a book a month to pick out and read. They aren't dated I just pick one at random based on her description. The January book was called The Weight Of Bones and it was really good . I can't wait for February when I get to pick another one
Tomorrow I am working so will be busy all day then I have 4 days off 🎉🎉Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,080.1 Owed = £11,549.96 -

What an interesting idea! I will try to remember that for next year for DGD. Her birthday is very close to Christmas so she tends to get lots of presents at once, but she loves books so this would be perfect for her.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)
