Asda SIM card free £40 voucher deal - how set auto renew?

All I did was click on the link from MSE which took me to the ASDA Mobile website where I ordered the SIM and then set it to auto renew.
Did everyone else who has finally received their voucher using a different ordering process ?

Asda mobile have not paid the £40 voucher to so many subscribers who qualified for it in April this year that they have stopped answering calls to their customer support 'helpline'. We were promised our voucher would be with us in 'days' but it never arrived despite multiple calls. Martin Lewis recommended this but it turns out to be a scam
