    Well done to those who have got their vouchers. I have been waiting since beginning of April and have contacted them 7 times with no success. I also persuaded my OH to switch from Lebara and he hasn't received anything either so I am in the bad books. I will be going back to my previous provider when this is resolved. It's not a lot of money but it's the principal.

    Send an email to this moneysaving.. address i used, it worked for me after all.

    How do I stop auto renew anyone done it? Logged in but can't see it ..probably by design!

    Did you find this options? I ant as well to leave them but i think i should first stop this autorenewal but i donty see the option!. I requested pac number and deleted my card as payment method but it still says it will renew in xxx days my bundle.. what a mess company..

    I rang them as it seemed the easiest way and was done straight away.

    After weeks of chasing this and being told my voucher was being issued last Monday, I am now told I am not eligible as I didn't order the SIM card via the correct channel. 
    All I did was click on the link from MSE which took me to the ASDA Mobile website where I ordered the SIM and then set it to auto renew.
    Did everyone else who has finally received their voucher using a different ordering process ?
