just shrug their shoulders and not persevere in getting paid. I think a lot of companies rely on us not to persue it. MSE members know better of course! 😄0 -

Yeahh at the end I coudnt be bothererd to call them as again i will have no prove that i did anything, I send them complain/enquery on friday to asda.mobile@help.vodafone.co.uk, only email i was able to find, I hope it will force them to replay to me somehow. It is only £40 but it probably more annoy me that I got caught to this promotion and I have (again) chase company to pay what's due. According to discussion on hotuk.. some people get a gift card straight away after 3 mth so i guess we are unlucky one..;)0 -
That's what they rely on people not bothering. In the past when I have complained to companies their first reply was that no one else had complained. I replied I am not no one else!😄0

As I said some people on hotuk.. thread for this promotion claimed to receive this voucher around march, straight after 3rd payment. I am still waiting for a resolution, I received replay to my email on last saturday(and after a few days I send identification code):
"Thanks for getting in touch with Asda Mobile. My name is **** and as a member of the Mobile team, I have been asked to investigate and respond to your email.
We just want to say how much we appreciate your patience while we’ve been looking into your concerns about your Asda account.
Thank you for passing security via the authentication code.
We have checked the account and the bundle has now been renewed for more than 3 months, the gift card should have been sent by now, please double check your email inbox and spam folder and let us know.

I didnt get anythink, I send reminder yesterday to this person that I am still missing this card. No answer to this email, it seem they just send some bulls.. after delay and nothing progress, I guess they hope I will give up..0 -
I made a case in resolver (but i dont have a customer service no, i used my mobile no for this) will see how it goes now..0
