Resolver seems to have generated similar post to the one I've send to asda email before, and I received automatic replay that the post has been received. That's so far from resolver.
I also received this email from asda mobile team (continuation to my previous emails) on 18 april, this time different person responded:
"Dear xxx,Case Reference: xxx
Thanks for contacting Asda Mobile. My name is xxx, and as a member of the Asda Mobile team, I have been asked to investigate and respond to your email."
We just want to say how much we appreciate your patience while we are looking into your concerns about your Asda Mobile account xxxxxxxxxxx.
We sincerely apologized for the delay and any inconvenience this issue might have caused. Kindly note that we have escalated this query to the Asda mobile management and refund team to check the status of the payment and the reason for the delay. As soon as we get any response from them, we shall let you know via email. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding on this query.
If you need further help or having any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, you can contact us by calling 2732 for free from any Asda number or on 0808-006-2732

No further emails/or gift cards since then, I guess I have to wait now until something happen, I don't see anything else I can do, that's a lot of effort for £40. As soon as I get my money (and spend it in asda;) I switch my mobile...0 -

I cant belive it;) but I also recived my card today, from asda business. I dont know what worked at the end but on monday i send request for help to voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com (I,ve found this email in one of the discussion on the forum, about chasing lebara for theirs missing vouchers). Liz from email asked me about my case details and promised to escalet my case further, and voila! I got my voucher (after more then two months, chasing them through several emails/phone calls and resolver, moneysavingexpert and others..All of this for £40;)0

yes but i moved my number from lebara where i spend i think £6.9 for 5gb, so i have to spend it anyway, i didnt get extra number for this promotion;). Now i have to use this voucher and then move probably back to lebara. Asda mobile have worse app, use same network (vodafone) as lebara, only better thing is wifi calling, i got it on asda but option wasnt available in lebara (google pixel 5 phone)0
