Hi Jenni, you can grow vegetables like cherry tomatoes, little chili peppers, olive bush, lettuce in your indoor garden. For growing you can use containers even you can install hydroponics gardening equipments. Its advisable to grow vegetables, herbs and small citrus fruit trees as these plants don't need much space to grow.
Indoor vegetable gardening is considered excellent when pitted against growing vegetables in your old-fashioned backyard garden. Since you occupy only pots for indoor gardening, it not only limits the amount of soil you have to till, but also preserves most of the nutrients yarn for in the soil.0
