So glad you got the sign off but clearly there is something else there. I hope you get somewhere with your GP but as you said you do have other options and thank goodness for that. Take care and try to enjoy some off all the work you did last year but sitting on your lovely garden furniture and enjoying the fruits of your labour/what you paid others to help with.

How wonderful he's signed you off - but also very constructive that he's suggested the blood tests. It really seems like several steps in the right direction!
Mmm… raspberry kombucha sounds yummy.

It really was @Cherryfudge. I'm not sure this new veggie delivery is MSE though as I've added a large bottle of same to the next delivery and there was also a coconut kefir which I tried yesterday and was so delicious I'm thinking that might be another "add". I've a lot of yoghurt to use up though so might need to start making lassi as a way of using that up. They also gave me a free bag of dark chocolate buttons - I've given up sugar at the moment and these barely contain any being the 80% dark variety. The bag lasted me a week as I just eat a couple at a time, only the freebie was so lovely I've added those too🤣
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Perhaps the veggie delivery needs to go under your 'medical' budget, rather than food shopping? I will admit you have me wondering it there's somewhere locally I could find those things to try!

haha love that we can justify anything Cherryfudge if we put our minds to it
Finally sorted GP appointment. Can’t fit me in for 3 weeks. 🙄🙄. Took 3 days to be able to get the opportunity to even book an appointment!!

Skirt has been returned for a refund. It was beautifully made but very very short and I am to old to be showing my knickers in public 😊

As long as the knickers are fancy ones who cares if anyone sees them!
4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)(With heartfelt thanks to those who have gone before us & their indubitable generosity.)...and now I have a mortgage! (23 AUG 2021)Original End Date - Sept 2041 *** New projection - Aug 2038 (reduced by 3 years & 1 month)4 -
Knickers solidly white large "bridget jones" type of knickers. Not worth showing off.
Although it did make me think, I have a lovely short skirt in the cupboard and a short tweed dress so I will start wearing those and see if I can get used to mini skirts again. I've kept both as they are really very nice (and just long enough to not show off the under garments) but find I always opt for very long - which - I think is more a confidence issue around clothing. As soon as i can use my right arm properly I will experiment with the wardrobe 😊items
