Jaw still sore. Quite puts me off the rest of the work needed, but, it was on my "health and feel fabulous goals" list so I have to at least come up with a plan before the end of the year.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

The dental work will be unpleasant in the short term, but it's about your health, so important to get it done. Once it's done, then it's just maintenance (very important) and you can get on with the feeling fabulous bit.

    My oh my.

You've sold me the land and setting straight away - but there's one tiny drawback as far as I can see. Is upland grazing really suitable for the horses?

Actually they would be fine,  Fell Pony was born on the Cumbrian Fells and lived there outside for the first few years of his life, Most Handsome is partly Welsh and Charming Cob could really do with keeping his weight down and southern softy grass is not ideal.     Plus there is so much of it, they could happily wander for hours looking for the "best bits"

Love you saw that as the only drawback and the small amount of work never crossed your mind :)
