Nice day today. I looked through the journal that was sent in error. I was going to gift it but some thing made me start looking through it. Interesting. It inspired me to think about self care as a means of improving my mental health. I try to be positive in here and in real life but have struggledInspired by journal after riding CC and mucking out I changed the bedding, did A LOT of laundry (all line dried and away) then tackled the housework. Nothing major but one bathroom cleaned and everywhere hoovered and dusted and kitchen cleaned.Afternoon tea at church. As usual paid over what they asked as is so inexpensive for home made scones with cream and homemade jam. Two friends and I. We were first to arrive, last to leave. Sat outside. Admired the view. Listened to the clock chimes. Perfect afternoon

Started using the journal that the 'universe' or the e-bay seller gifted me. Horrified to see the week's challenge is 50 burpees a day. I had to google to find out what one of those even is - but - realistically I would be better off actually doing my physio exercises to see if helps knee pain and using my slant board every day as it is meant to (it stretches calves and so should improve ankle and knees) so I am going to commit to that instead of the burpees.
Interestingly found I could fill the sheet for the daily exercise of writing too which I did not expect. Now must fly as horses still to do this morningMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
