    That was a super-productive day - and good news about your PA too. You are so right about the importance of her valuing herself. It reminded me of the story of the eight cow wife

    Loads of good wishes for tomorrow - in fact by this time tomorrow it should be behind you and you'll be on the road to recovery. However we'll understand if you don't come online till you feel back to normal.
