I'm not going to tag you all as I'm way too exhausted but thank you so much for the lovely wishes. The growths that were to be removed could not be found (? a bit odd but lets go with it) and the biopsy taken.
Last night I really couldn't face food so suggested the VNM popped out and bought me a pre made sandwich from the local marks at the garage and a bag of crisps and I had a picnic in bed at home. Lovely.
This morning I am exhausted. The hospital suggested a 2 week 'sick note' but being self employed that isn't going to work. Instead I will answer a few emails for an hours then go back to bed to meditate and nap.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Good to have you back - rest when you need to. Your body will let you know if you listen to it. Rest now = quicker recovery.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
