    Belated birthday greetings!! Xx

When I did any massage training it was always drummed into us about the importance of hydration. Whilst I was practicing, new clients had an info sheet to take home with the top point being ' drink lots of water' and I always gave my clients a large glass of chilled water before they got off the couch. Basic knowledge and its a shame people are missing that off.

Birthday dinner sounds absolutely amazing!! X

These gratitude prompts sound amazing- could you share the source?
I've popped the image above. It was from a Facebook group where someone shared it but the source was unknown. I hope you have as much fun with them as I am doing.
It's from 'Ordinary and Happy'on Fb00k (I follow them) they have all sorts of lovely things on there for self affirmation, self help  decluttering challenges and many, many more - I've popped a few examples below
