Love that
A lot of my horsey friends are saying we need to know if the year of the horse - means a chestnut mare (renowned for unpredictability and fire like bursts of temper or a bay gelding - calm and good natured as a rule.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!5 -

Happy new year Watty, mental health recovery has been the top one for me for the last two years. I'm not very good at looking after myself I always put everyone else first. But I think we have to learn to help ourselves as we can't help anyone else if we're not right. What's helped me over the last few months (I'm not consistent which I need to be) is exercise, fresh air -even if I just stand on my patio for some, barely going on SM and reading more rather than screen time. I know it's different for everyone but I reckoned those things are pretty standard for most of us, although consistency is the key, which I keep losing 😁💖.Emergency Fund goal - £717.77/1500
