I have completed the revamp of the other little chest. This one needed new knobs, I will store more card making things in there - it is slightly bigger than A4. I also decorated an advent calendar (for me ). I bought the base from hobby craft - I allowed myself that as I have sold a lot of craft things on ebay. All the papers etc are from stash. Now I need to get on and finish Christmas cards! The photos came out in the wrong order - first one is the before, last one the revamped.

I finished the sheep t shirt last night, made out of the world's worst material. Put it in the wash for a quick wash as it was shedding and promptly forgot about it 🤦♀️ hastily washed again this morning as it was sopping wet and now hanging on a radiator, hopefully dry in time for dress rehearsals this afternoon...!
The hood isn't done as I ran out of printer ink half way through the instructions (some on order), but that should be done ready for next weeks performance. I have PJs to finish, a t shirt to finish and then Christmas sewing is done.
I tripped and ordered the hunkydory goodie box (to be split with my mum) and she rehomed lots of her leftover Christmas fabric to me. She's finished her Christmas quilt and so she doesn't need a lot of what she had. Sadly it's all come to me...Make £2025 in 2025- £751.88/£2025

I have finished the PJs! Hurrah, only a Christmas t shirt and the sheep hood to do. I have cut out the hood (the look of horror on my husbands face when he walked into the living room and saw the cloud of fluff I was surrounded by was quite something). I will be getting rid of the excess material, and never ever using it again! The hood needed a lining fabric with structure- the only fabric with structure was some jeans fabric. I had two loads, but only remember buying one 🤷♀️ so my denim dungarees are safe.
I am very aware my plans for the year haven't all been completed. I might be able to review once I've finished the hood and t shirt- I have plenty of time left as I'm nearly finished my shopping.

So the list I wanted to get done this year...
- the living room french blind (what a disaster, less said the better!!!! We faffed about with hooks and hung a curtain instead).
- 2x cushions for the outside wooden chairs done
- a needle case done
- denim dungarees
- a green floaty top (can't remember the name of the pattern, but the fabric is a lovely sage green poplin)
- 4x pairs of PJs for my son in next size up done
- 3x everyday t shirts for my son in next size up one done
- 2x Xmas t shirts for my son one cut out to sew
I do recall the other Christmas t shirt I wanted to make, but it can wait until next year. I really ought to remake my husbands t shirt so that we're all fully matching. The adult pattern I used was a bit short, so could do with them taking apart and longer fronts and backs.
The only other things I really wanted to do were some clothes for me (of course)- I might get those onto the to sew pile next. I have everything I need for them, so should be cheap makes.
