I’m a long bodied short legged shortarse.
All my trousers have to be turned up which means the ones with zips or anything else around the bottom bottom are out.
Waists on dresses tend to be in the wrong place and most things need a tuck or a dart somewhere or other.
That’s why I hate online shopping so much stuff has to be sent back and I can’t be doing with it. Although there’s an increase in charity shops around my way where you can’t try things on anymore and I would rather try on there and then. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.7 -
I was at a wedding and ended up helping a stranger back into her (beautiful) jumpsuit in the ladies!I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Coxy11 said:I have short legs, so a jumpsuit would look ridiculous on me ☹️ Plus I always wonder how you’d use the loo - would have to take it all off!! Lol
I found this little beauty the other day for just £2. It will add some instant glamour to the plainest of outfits
No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.8 -

These two vintage glass necklaces were £3 at the Hospice shop, though I gave a bit extra for the good cause, and because there was no postage to pay.
I like the “wedding cake” decorated beads.

I'm trying to cut back on buying stuff from charity shops so today was the first purchase of August. I wanted a small mirror for the second bedroom so I went to my favourite chazzer The Cornerstone and found one just as I went in the entrance for £1.50. I saw a £1 black and white checked Primark shirt for my husband and then looked around and bought a heart shaped necklace, a bath bomb, a teddy for my dog and a dark blue Principles dress. That was only £7.75 for everything. Bargain.2025 GOALS

Went to Bewdley this afternoon but there was not a single parking space left!!
Moved on to Stourport.
2 t shirts for son 2 from British Heart Foundation. They always seem to have rails of brand new men's t shirts and hoodies. One had a tomato on the front and the other was a Euros 2024 design.
Moved onto to St Richards Hospice shop and got a Brakeburn blue t shirt for me.6 -
