@Rosa_Damascena I think I'm going even further back than KM to the good old Princess Di stylees
Life is weird sometimes!! Today in the Otley 99p shop, (fortunately the 'push, shove & grab' brigade had already been and gone), there waiting for me was a b/n COS white t-shirt - just ideal to go with the Reiss jacket and only 99p, (original price 25 EUR). Thank you chazza fairy!!10 -

@Miro love the jacket AND how you plan to style it.

Love all your bargains. Few and far between here. I think I need the chazza fairy7

I do love a bit of Seasalt but I don't know how they get away with the prices they charge for some of their dresses! £89 for a simple pull-on cotton dress consisting of just straight seams and a plain inset sleeve!! No zips/buttons/darts/lining//fancy seams or cuffs on sleeves...... Thank goodness for the chazza shops!12

Hear hear - saw a lovely linen tunic top but absolutely no shape (other than my unbeautiful one). Pondered attempting darts etc & decided to leave it for someone wiser than I.7

I was looking at jumpsuits online the other day and ultimately decided not to buy as the reviews indicated that they came up short on the taller amongst us.
As luck would have it I found a good quality V by Very sleeveless black jumpsuit with zip that looked unused for just £2, have just tried it on and the leg length means I can actually wear heels with it! Ideal for evening wear rather than a fussy cocktail dress. No man is worth crawling on this earth.

I have short legs, so a jumpsuit would look ridiculous on me ☹️ Plus I always wonder how you’d use the loo - would have to take it all off!! LolCross-stitch WIP: Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 11/25 Currently reading The Cliff House by Amanda Jennings7
