You're probably right; the things you learn from experience eh!Matty246 said:I'm sure it longer to make a Vesta curry, with all the little sachets with different timings than to make a proper one.3 -
Along the general theme of clothes buying, Patrick Grant's book 'Less' is on Kindle daily deal today - 99p. I have to say it's been on my wish list but I've not read it yet.
I don't think there's much curry in it but I'm enjoying the reminiscing here! (I wonder if I could make those Vesta crispy noodles using some sort of ordinary noodles?)I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

I had a very unsuccessful charity shop trawl today! I went to all of the shops on Leigh Broadway and the surrounding area and then to the Cornerstone and found nothing at all.
I then got the bus to Benfleet and then found two things in one of the shops there. A shortish black and white summer dress and a denim skirt. At least I got a lot of steps in!2025 GOALS

I think you can fry strips of ordinary noodles (as long as they are rice, not wheat) and they’ll puff up Vesta-stylee.Cherryfudge said:

I've snapped it up too so am looking forward to reading it sometime this year, once I get the pile by the bed under control.skint_spice said:
