I googled and it is a vintage Pyrex Kent Orchard casserole dish according to ebay. It should have a clear lid as well.

Good find!

I kept some Pyrex plates from Mum's house: they make very handy lids for saucepans (one size fits all) or for dishes in the fridge, and I don't see why they shouldn't work for a casserole dish, too.

Went to a charity shop for the first time in ages but nothing much there of interest to me other than a pretty Minton dish that would be lovely in the kitchen to put the dish soap on.  But it was part of a set even though everything was priced separately.  It didn't seem right to take just 1 piece.

If you're coming up this way over the weekend, there are a few temporary lakes where there used to be roads! I think it's drained a bit since it took us 45 minutes on Monday to go about 8 miles.

Made it to Otley today...soooo nice to get out again after the rotten weather.  Thursday is not a good day for the St Gemma's 99p shop as I don't think they have a delivery on Thursdays, (the goods are put out on sale straight from the delivery van so it can be something of a rugby scrum on delivery days).  Did find something tho.....a Hobbs knee length skirt, black with alternating panels of satin and chiffon fliipping out at the knee.  Pure silk and with a pure silk lining and.....99p   No photo as it doesn't have much hanger appeal but it fits nicely and I'm sure when attacked with an iron will look good!!

I read somewhere that the Bedale Car Booty starts up again on 16th March!  Yay!!

And another casserole here.  The lighting makes the pattern less green.  It's an Anchor Hocking Fire King, Meadow Green pattern.  I'd never come across it before I moved here to S Wales but I'm getting addicted. 🤣

Might be reconsidering the Minton dish if I can get back to the charity shop.

It was like this but I think there were 2 plus a couple of little bowls.  Will have to decide if I'll be happy with one or feel I have to have the lot.  Thinking that given our new kitchen is navy cupboards with mustard walls a little dish like this would fit in perfectly.

The skirt sounds lovely, though it will need a very low iron. Would it be enough to hang it in steam? I expect it would be nice to wear, with the flippy panels!

And a nice casserole, @dND. I wonder how old? I'd guess 1970s but it's not one I'm familiar with.

And @Brie, those are so pretty! I think it would work well with navy. You could always put surplus on ebay to complete someone else's collection.

A work of art for sure but not my thing (I would be too sacred of breaking them to use them).

M&s navy long sleeve t-shirt £4, M&S powder blue jumper £6, John Lewis big purple Bath sheet £3.50, Grater £1, zara jeans for DS £1.79, Cotton Traders chinos for DH £4, coke glasses £2ea. Tried to be quite restrained today, haven't been in a month

That's Haddon Hall, I have a tea set in that pattern which I bought back in the mid 1980s!!!  Including posh oblong sandwich trays, get me
