Well done on losing a pound LW and great news on the eyesight! Definitely better than you thought.
Denise glad you are feeling a bit better. The lingering cough is around a lot these days. Hope it goes soon.
Well done on only half a pound Mrs P. Enjoy tuis evening!
Well, Parkrun done and managed 41:14 which is my best by far since my recent covid. Will aim to get back under 40 again, but seeing I've only managed it 3 times in over 2 years I'm not holding my breath.
Had banana and yoghurt after parkrun. Toffee low fat which was 1.5 syns and worth it. Added a sprinkle of hot choc powder which was about an 1/8 of a syn. Made a difference. Might mix more yoghurt with some quark and grated choc for a dessert this evening. Could get quite a bit of grated dark choc for 2 syns so may give it a wee try.0 -
What yoghurt is free pls? The ones listed in the book all have syns0
-
The only Free yoghurt is fat free natural. All others are at least 0.5 syn so still very low syn. If you don't like natural yoghurt you could just mix in some chopped fruit and it would then be Free but quite honestly for 0.5 syn I'd just syn one.0

Change of plan for lunch! I thought I had a tube of Primula Light in the fridge but it turned out that I hadn't so ended up with a cheese and beetroot sandwich - very nice it was too but of course that means a couple of syns for the spread.0

Well done on your pound loss @Longwalker. 👏👏👏 Really pleased for you that you don't have MD,👍
Try really hard to have a good week @MrsPorridge. You did well to just have a tiny half pound gain.
You're doing really well with the Park Run @NornironRose. Good that you've found a sweet hit that's such low syn.
You've saved yourself a lot with the donated books @Gilly82. I buy the Aldi FF Greek yogurt but flavoured can be low syn if that's what you enjoy.
I ate some very beige food in the pub last night (breaded chicken, chips and onion rings). But that was yesterday, today I'm back on plan.
Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA 1 milk for drinks
L- ham (P), bubble and squeak (F, S), beetroot and cornichons (S)
D- chicken supreme (P, S, HEA 2), SW chips (F), carrot chips (S)
Syns - weekend wine 😁1 -

Morning all, it's horrible here - been raining all night and forecast to continue for several more hours. Do hope your flood warning doesn't come to anything @bubbs. It must be very worrying for you.
Had a good night's sleep - I slept through from about 11.30pm until 6.45 this morning - think it's the best night I've had for a long time. Still got the cough and runny nose but definitely feeling a bit brighter this morning but will definitely feel better once it finally b*ggers off!
Today's plan:
B - bacon and mushroom sandwich - HEB; P; S; 2
L - egg and chips - P; S
D - toad in the hole, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, peppers, onions, green veg - S; F; 6.5 (going to put sliced onions in with the sausages in the hopes it makes the sausages taste a bit better!)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LF spread 2; LF sausages 2 (if I actually eat them!); flour 4.5
Have a good day everyone.0
