    Good to "see" you again @annabanana82.  It's so easy to go back to old habits if you stop going to group.  I don't go anymore as I was getting fed up with it and also with all my holidays it's difficult to actually stay in target but I'll doing my best with the good when I can and careful when I can't!  I'm sure you can lose a st easily in the time you've got before you holiday.

    @NornIronRose - I've PM'd you the website address.

    @maman - Yep we're going to Dalaman.  Thanks for the heads up about the cost of food at the airport although we shouldn't actually need anything as we've got a very late flight.  The car won't even be picking us up until 8.05pm so we'll have time for dinner before we leave!

    Of course we know you @annabanana82!! Welcome back! 😊

    You know the plan, get your old books out and start again!! Sorry about the gain but that stone is doable. You know you don't have to starve yourself just eat as much as you want of the right things. Prioritise your syns so that you keep them for your 100%favourites. Easy! 🤣

    Just ask if you want any syn values and good luck! You can do this! 🤗
  • Thanks Denise.
    And welcome back Anna. Good support on here that will help to keep you on track.

    The ladies here have been the best support for me when I've felt frustrated and wanted to give up.

    And great craic! And who doesn't need a bit of yhat in their lives?

    Speaking of craic, has anyone heard from Longwalker?

    @NornIronRose - she's changed her name but not seen anything since.  I PM'd her a few days ago but not had a reply, just hoping she's OK.  Will let everyone know if I hear anything.  I did post a while back as she'd PM'd me to tell me her new name but not seen anything since although she said she was going to start posting again with the new name.

    Have had far more syns than planned!   What with the scotch pancakes at lunchtime plus this evening decided on a bottle of red rather than G&T!  So DH and I had half bottle each so probably 18 syns instead of 6!
