Virgin > Virgin ISA transfer

I saw the same as others above about an hour ago, FRISA4 + Int went into a Flexi ISA overnight. Just had email confirming that the transfer to FRISA10 is complete. Had a look via the app and the Flexi ISA has gone and the FRISA10 is funded with the FRISA4 proceeds. No messages or phone calls needed!
Maybe DavidAC gave them a nudge

I've opened issue 10 on 2nd January and requested to transfer the whole amount from my issue 4 on maturity. This morning my issue 4 turned into Flexi ISA2 with added interest, but transfer to issue 10 didn't materialise. I tried to phone Virgin, after about 20 minutes in the queue the call was cut off.
Has anyone who opened issue 10 in advance and requested transfer on maturity seen their money transferred yet? I'm not sure whether to wait a bit longer of fill in transfer form sent in the e-mail a couple of weeks ago.0 -
As in previous message ... Yes, all went through into FRISA10 (opened, but not funded 01/01/2024) after automatically opening Flexi ISA first, then it transferred to FRISA10 about 1 hour later.allegro120 said:I've opened issue 10 on 2nd January and requested to transfer the whole amount from my issue 4 on maturity. Mine is still sitting there.badger09 said:My matured FR4 ISA is also now in a Flexi ISA with interest added.
I posted my xfer request (to FR ISA10) on 27 December. No acknowledgement received but I don’t know if that’s normal. I’ll give them a call tomorrow if it isn’t moved by then.To those whose Iss 4 has been xferred to Iss 10:
Did anyone complete & post the xfer request? If so, when?0 -

Statement for my matured Iss4 now in my ‘secure messages’. Have you checked yours?DavidAC said:The interest was shown as being paid in the Flexi ISA earlier this morning, but I did not save a statement. Now the Flexi ISA has disappeared I cannot see a statement of interest added. Is there a way of viewing old (less than one day old) accounts? Also a statement for my previously matured FRISA which I xferred to new Iss10 27/12. Both statements dated today. 🤞🏻that means xfer of Iss4 will process later today0 -

The text acknowledging the transfer request said will switch 'within 5 business days of your maturity date 31/01/2024... '0

I have just checked, no statement. Maybe tomorrow. No point sending a secure message, all you get back is that they don't deal with ISA's and a number to call for the ISA team.badger09 said:

I have received the statement for my matured Issue 4 and it has been converted to the Easy Access Issue 2.I requested a partial transfer to the new Fixed Rate 10 but this has not happened yet. Hoping it will be within the next few days.0
