    Thanks. I’m tempted to just open another Iss 10 & xfer as part of application process, but I’d prefer it all together in one account. Otherwise I’ll have twice as many xfers to deal with next year☹️

    It would appear my xfer request, posted 28 December, went AWOL. After 25 mins on hold this morning, a very helpful young lady arranged a manual xfer for me. Said it could take 3-5 business days to complete, but at least I now know something’s happening. 🤞🏻

    SMS & email about 30 mins ago saying ISA Xfer complete. Shows as pending in app, but balance is in cleared funds.

  • I asked to cash out my Virgin share ISA on Jan 18 2024, received notice the next day that they had sold the shares, waited for cheque. Called again 31st, their cheque system was not working, spoke to 3 different people Inc a "supervisor", but no idea when the cheque system would come back on stream. They queried my account details, but quoted the last 4 digits of the account (it's with Virgin!) Called again on 12th Feb, no problem,  cheque would be out that day .....Called again on the 19th Feb, oh, cheque was generated on the 14th Feb, wait until this Friday as it will be coming. Meanwhile, I received 3 different confirmation of selling the ISA shares...and they have the money. If that has happened to a lot of people, they are milking the interest for Virgin. Patience..
