  • Bought some new trainers yesterday, so the planned NSD went out the window. Aiming to do one today instead.  My current pair still have a few miles left in them, so I'm not counting it as a necessity but not feeling too bad about it since I'll start running them in.

Claiming an NSD for today, definitely won't be stepping outside in this chilly weather!
    I think this is 4/10
  • NSD #6 today
  • Spend day for me on a nail appointment but had polish removed so have finally got out of the cycle of having to go back. A friend's daughter started her own business doing nails and I booked in to support her thinking I'd go once or twice but that was nearly two years ago! It's an expensive treat as my nails grow so quickly so works out three visits every two months at £30 a visit. She is doing well so don't feel guilty not going now but it has been good to always have nice looking nails  - they even survived the toils of the allotment.

First day back at school after the Xmas break - now only work Wed -Fri.
I was really good and took a flask and my overnight oats with nuts and fruit so a well earned NSD.
Problem last year was that when I was stressed I’d go to the canteen at break for a croissant and a curry at lunch! Not good for the bank balance or my weight….

    Think that is 5/12
