    Hi everyone!

Pretty good day today, I think, apart from the lack of sleep. I've done 12K steps today with brisk walks to the station farming the day. That's 5 miles in total.
People are bringing in their spare goodies into the office. I refused a cookie :) . However, I succumbed to a small slice of swiss roll  :s but to be honest, I think I needed it, so I'd best take a banana or something tomorrow.
Breakfast: overnight oats with fat free yoghurt and blueberries.
Lunch/dinner - pate, pickle, spinach sandwich, no butter, seeded bread. 3 cherry tomatoes.
Snacks: swiss roll - boo; hummus and carrot - yay!
Dinner: smoky chickpea stew from Pinch of Nom -  pic but no recipe here: 253 calories. Served with bulgar, spinach and little gem salad, plus cucumber and mint yoghurt on the side. At 253 calories, it does need some bulking with salad for the main meal, but it's very satisfying. A good 7/10 rating from me. I've made all 4 portions so I will take one portion to work, then I'll probably split a portion between me and OH on Friday with rice/bulgar for lunch as we're both at home.

I’ve just discovered the comfy bra tops. But not in the habit of actually wearing them any other time than on a PJ day - that’s happening this Saturday.

Had roast pork from freezer stash, roast potatoes, fresh sprouts, fresh carrots, gravy. Nowhere near the size I would normally have had so feel good about that plus I couldn’t actually eat it all. I’ve started listening to my tummy, when it says stop, I stop. Feel quite virtuous 😇

Cooked a lot of carrots and three small swede. Will be mashing them tomorrow as carrot and swede mash and portioning up for freezer.

Tomorrows dinner is chicken salad with a jacket potato as we have a bit of salad left from festivities.

Not managing to stick to exercise goals at the moment which is a bit sad but not beating myself up for it.
