Not a great start 😔
Up 1kg this week -no doubt due to recent excesses. 😔1 -
huh....lost 3 and a half Ibs!
Was not expecting anything really as I didnt feel like dieting this week so thought I was eating at more of a maintenance level.
Def not expecting anything next week now as I have a cold and will probably be comfort eating throughout!!LOL4 -

Sometimes pushing the battery down a little, improving the connection, helps for a while.
When that too fails, do check that you are using the right battery. I had a pack where they all looked the same (flat round things). I put one in and nothing happened. So I checked and found that there were actually three differently numbered ones in the pack. I switched to the correctly numbered one (as shown on the scales) and it's back up running properly now.

1st weigh in - 1lb loss please @Brambling.
Calorie counting within goal most days, daily yoga and managed my step goal 6 days this week. Quite proud of myself for managing the walks - it's been p*ssing it down all week here. Sunshine this week, so no excuses! 🤞
Tried alcohol free white wine as well... it was ok but not blown away. Think I'll stick with icy sparkling water!
