Not a great start 😔
Up 1kg this week -no doubt due to recent excesses. 😔1 -
huh....lost 3 and a half Ibs!
Was not expecting anything really as I didnt feel like dieting this week so thought I was eating at more of a maintenance level.
Def not expecting anything next week now as I have a cold and will probably be comfort eating throughout!!LOL4 -

They keep saying 'lo' - no not my weight....and no w either.
Tried new batteries but still the same message.
So fingers crossed Saturday I'll weigh in.
Sometimes pushing the battery down a little, improving the connection, helps for a while.
When that too fails, do check that you are using the right battery. I had a pack where they all looked the same (flat round things). I put one in and nothing happened. So I checked and found that there were actually three differently numbered ones in the pack. I switched to the correctly numbered one (as shown on the scales) and it's back up running properly now.

A day early for a weekly weigh-in but I might as well report the loss of 1 lb so far.4

Really well done everyone. What does it matter if you added a pound or two? Just being here shows you’re aware and dealing with it.I’m due to record/weigh Monday morning.I still work in British pounds and stones!! can’t get my head round this metric nonsense🤣🤣 plus I like when scales say less 2lbs - looks so much better than 1kg.Have a great week everyone xSaving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal

1st weigh in - 1lb loss please @Brambling.
Calorie counting within goal most days, daily yoga and managed my step goal 6 days this week. Quite proud of myself for managing the walks - it's been p*ssing it down all week here. Sunshine this week, so no excuses! 🤞
Tried alcohol free white wine as well... it was ok but not blown away. Think I'll stick with icy sparkling water!
Hope everyone has a good week.4
