Morning all, I will admit I haven’t weighed this week. It’s been so full on and when my energy levels dip I snack 🤷🏻♀️
I’m not feeling great in my clothes, and it’s really starting to get me down, so I’m very aware I need to get my head round it and get back on it
Hearing how everyone is getting on is helping me though, so thank you xI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pension, Debt Free Wanabee, and Over 50 Money Saving boards. I am 2 lbs down today. 3.5 to go for the first quarter target. Feeling like I can do it now. Keep plodding on.5

Apologies for my no show last week, my back finally 'went' as it were and standing on the scales was not only down my list of priorities but impossible.
Another STS this week, least its not a gain and tbh being away from work (even though I'm only part time) has seemingly helped my mental health.
Hopefully these next 7 days can be good for us all.5 -
STS for me this week....right down to the decimal point!LOL
Weight loss not really foremost in my mind at the moment TBH. What with starting hrt and sorting out building works around the house this month I had already decided that I would be happy if I could just stick with eating healthy and exercising, nm the losses.
Plus Im trying to cope without heating (coz who can afford it!) so am trundling round the house in oodie, fur lined leggings and furry socks so currently feeling and looking the size of a house!
But healthy eating and exercise for the week? check!6 -

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in and I can report -1 lb for me this week.
It's been a stressful week but I didn't succumb to binge comfort eating in the evenings as I usually would. One day at a time. Onwards and downwards 😉

Down 0.5lb this week, better than a gain!
Looking back over my eating, I've managed to curtail most of my snacking, but my meals are still too big. So that's something I'm looking to address over the next few weeks and get it under control.
The weather is also due to start warming up which means I'll be able to start riding my bike at the weekend again, we were supposed to start this weekend but it was perishing cold and raining, so I nixed that idea.5 -
13 stones 13
Just out of a relationship that went a bit weird at the end.
I've probably lost half a stone in the last week!
Trying again.
Anything under 11 stones is good.6 -
Sorry to hear things didn't work out Frith I'll update the chart to add you when the system lets me, I don't trust it today on my tablet when it's so flaky. Good luckLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6

Was thinking I might be ill as I had such a small appetite. Then the penny dropped with a loud clunk. I've been drinking loads of water as I've relatively recently started some meds that give you a dry mouth. So constantly gulping water which means I'm too full to eat. Who knew?? (yes I know....but I didn't realise it would be so effective.)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
