Happy about that coz things have been abit stressful lately so any loss is good!
Although Im kinda in a place now where my diet is pretty settled and Im enjoying it....TBH Im not sure what Id even want to do differently if I stopped 'dieting'!5 -

Since the first week (when I lost 1 lb) I've gained 7 lb (ie plus 6 lb compared with 1 January).

thank you for the updates guys, TBH I've been given my scales a wide berth at the moment it seems my brain says if i don't step on I don't have to face the consequences of eating the wrong food
having kicked it across the floor (not on purpose honest) i have a bruised toe, so i think it is paying me back for the rude comments i say to it!!

Hope your toe isn’t too sore Brambling! Mine are chunky heavy metal things and would do some damage.
Weigh day - 1lb please Brambling.
I did gain 2lbs during my mini-break which disappeared after a few days back on low carb and took the other 1lb with them.Will continue on with 3 meals, no snacks and cooking mostly everything from scratch.On this week’s menu there is Greek yoghurt and berries; spiced stewed apple with walnuts and smoked salmon with avocado for breakfast. For mains - feta cheese and sweet potato salad; courgetti spag Bol; dippy eggs with vegetable soldiers and a curry with rice of some sort. Plus 10 other meals I’ve not thought of yet.Will aim to get out for a few walks nothing too strenuous.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Weight day - down 0.5kg.
I am pleased with that as I had some days where I indulged a bit. Mainly focus on my sweet tooth late at night. Found a flourless mug cake that is made with banana, cocoa powder and almond butter.5 -
Very reluctant to step on the scales this morning! I've spent this week exhausted due to waking up in the middle of the night and struggling to get back to sleep. So I've been eating more and not had much energy to go walking. Even though the weather has been amazing! I've done something to my wrist as well, so no yoga.
So I was pleasently surprised to have only put on 1lb.
Hoping to catch up on sleep and recover some energy over the weekend.
