    Thanks brambling I’m sure you are right I will feel like a new person when I come back from my holidays 
  • I am down 0.5kg which puts me back to where I was 2 weeks ago. 

    My real struggle is the late night sweet cravings. I avoid buying biscuits or chocolate to avoid the temptation but it just means I end up making cakes in mugs or having lots of hot chocolates. 
    I have the same issue, I’m trying so hard not too but I seem to have zero willpower sometimes. 
    I made the mistake of buying Easter eggs to send to my daughter and well, they didn’t make her parce!
