Hi all,
Weigh in for me today - down 1lb. Cutting out sweet stuff for lent seems to have given me a kick start.
I'm very achy from doing a gym class yesterday, but pleased because I'd missed the ones during the week (one due to a meal out!) so I'm glad I still have a loss. Now I just need to keep it up...
Wishus, I hope you are doing better x5 -

Thanks for the WIs everyone 👏👏 sorry for late catch up, every week I swear I'm going to keep on top of you 🙂
Roundtuit well done on your 1 stone loss 🥇
Willow-Loulou I have some hip exercises I can do on my bed so not sure if you can find something you can do laying down. With regards to arm strength I know someone who uses two tins from the kitchen (standard 400g soup or beans) one in each hand and does basic exercises with those I think it's called the tin can arm workout if you google it
wishus you are doing really well in difficult circumstances cut yourself some slackone day at a time
IzzyBee once the dust settles after your retirement and did I see you were going away (or was that someone else?) it will hopefully be easier to focus, I'm saying that as I'm in the same boat and hoping once I retire at the end of May it will be easier
catz well done on breaking even when all around you is falling apart menopause and HRT will make weigh loss a challenge. And well done on the trousers as SW use to say a none-scale victory 👏
have a good week everyone and don't let life grind you down too much

I am down 0.5kg which puts me back to where I was 2 weeks ago.
My real struggle is the late night sweet cravings. I avoid buying biscuits or chocolate to avoid the temptation but it just means I end up making cakes in mugs or having lots of hot chocolates.6 -

Not doing good, DH is unwell, got lots of hospital this week too so taking some time out. Will be back in the not too distant future. I am NOT throwing the towel in, just taking a short hiatus. Keep up the good works while I’m away xxSaving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal
