sorry for the delay in updating the chart, not quite laptop ate my updates but it did weird things to it so I deleted and gave up before starting the week updates again
well done on all those who braved the scales and no problem for those who avoided them which I have been known to do myself once or twice!

Condolences Wishus.
Weigh day -1.5lbs please Brambling
Only managed to get out for one walk, a long one though. Will make more effort to do two.
On the menu for breakfast this week is mushroom/spinach/pepper frittata thingys or Greek yoghurt and berries or spiced stewed apple with seeds.
Lunch today is vegetable potato cakes with mozzarella balls and cherry tomato salad and cheesecake for dessert. Dinner will be a tuna veggie stir fry and an apple.
That’s as far as I’ve got with this week’s food plan.
Will carry on with the no snacking and 3 meals a day.

STS for me, I’m not too disheartened as I’ve been out for lunch with a friend this week, and also not had time to get to the gym.

STS for me please. I was in a calorie deficit this week so a bit disappointed. However, my jeans need a belt now so I'll take that as a win!
Managed two 25 min runs, and step count achieved most days. I haven't been in a 'yoga' or workout mood this week at all :-( Must get back into it to improve my strength. Food plan will be 'the usual'.
