Shock horror!! I'm down a pound!!! I weighed myself early this morning and was down nearly 2 but didn't believe it, had a big drink of water, went back to bed for an hour and started over. Even taking account of the water imbibed I'm down at least 1 pound so I'm claiming that!!! Puts me on the stone mark!!! Dydd Gwyl Dewi hapus! Happy St David's Day!
Not gonna lie, I haven't had the best week. At partner's so no weigh in this week - will say STS and hope the scales are kind next week.
I've been social seeing family and friends this week, meaning cakes, booze and going over my calories most days. I haven't managed my steps, mainly weather related! I was very bored at work yesterday, so dove into crisps and cheese and biscuits for some seratonin level raising.
Next week I WILL get back on track! I've been doing well and mustn't self sabotage.
Meal plans are 'the usual', plenty of homemade soup and evening meals. Planning on quorn and bean chilli, veg lasagne, tofu and veg korma, and quorn fajitas/bean quesadillas. Batch cooking means that's my meals mainly sorted for the next 4 weeks. Lots of veg and beans! No booze! Exercise! I know it's been a good week when my compost bags are full 😂
Hope you all have a good week, keep plodding on!5 -

@Brambling -
the entry for me on the list can be
General_Grant 1/7
which was the situation in early January. (Sorry, can't get the halo to appear correctly in line.)
Since then I've been off the wagon and not keeping a food diary of any kind. That is until yesterday when I started a handwritten diary for just calorie intake. (I used to track more than just calories and use my spreadsheet for analysis.) And I haven't been keeping an eye on my actual weight.
I'm now bracing myself for getting on the scales again and will report back on how many of those representative purple fellas will be needed.5 -
February was a tough month. First, OH was ill (hospitalised) for a few days. Then I was ill for a week at home, and just getting back on track. Anyway, this weeks Weigh-In shows a 1.5 kg loss (about 3 lb)5
