Hi, I’ve lost 2lb since my last weigh in. Yay! I’m not sure if I’ll hit my target at the end of March but I’m going to try.I’ve cut out a lot of junk and foods that don’t agree with me. I just need to get back on it with my exercise routine which I’ll start this weekend.Well done to all of you that have stayed accountable. 💪Save £12k in 2024: £13,542/£12,0005

Put on half a pound this week.
Not too bothered as Im sticking to my diet and exercise, plus Ive only been on the HRT for less then a month and I wanted to give that a few months in case it had any effect.
TBH even though I have some to go Im just enjoying being a size 12 and having those weird moments when you see somebody who looks thin in a shop window and realiese that its you!!LOL
Also bought myself sme new trainers as Im going to be having another go at C25K. I tried it before when I was much bigger but I wasnt losing weight then and it was too tough on my joints. Ive always wanted to try though so Im gonna give it another go (on top of my 5 days a week weight/pilates/cardio routine because I really enjoy that too).

Morning everyone stayed the same I’m happy with that as it’s been my birthday week and my first week of official retirement and I’ve had a nice rest so not a lot of exercise done well none actually let’s see how I go from here I’ve got a plan5

Monday morning weigh in revealed -3 lbs for me this week.
Only 1 lb more to reach my 1st Quarter Target. I'm finding the the thought of resetting to zero for the next quarter a little off-putting. An updated signature might solve that I think. 🤔

Down 0.5lbs. Which seems like I'm going slowly (I am) but what I am actually pleased about is breaking the cycle of losing and gaining the same 1-3lbs over the past couple of months.
I am seeing the scale go down and stay down, rather than bouncing up again and having to lose it again.
Hopefully I'll start seeing proper progress again soon, but I must keep on with no snacking and trying to control my evening meals.
Well done to those who are seeing progress and approaching or hitting their targets.
