STS for me. My focus this week was to get back into exercise routine now that weather is better, and I did let the diet slide so I am not unhappy. But I do need to pay more attention to the diet as even the increased in activity didn't counterbalance what I was eating.4

Last weigh in on digital scales 5lbs down :-) Guess it was a bloat blip on the last digital weigh in, plus lost a bit since. Am very pleased as overall I have lost 11lbs since January. I have 6lbs left to go to target now. The last bit is the hardest, apart from actually committing to start.
Thanks @Brambling for running this. Hooe everyone had some success.6 -
I'm going to abstain this week, certainly don't think its been a bad one though.
But I had a physio appointment in the week for my back.......
Amongst various tortures was this - I'm used to reflex tests on my knees but he thwacked both my achilles, from the side then the back??!!
Net result I'm like cardboard and both my achilles tendons ache to high heaven, even walking round the house hurts again, feels like I've regressed a month with this.
The good news is I really feel like I've got a grip on the overeating, I've been really inactive since Tuesday (a huge red light normally) yet I've eaten relatively sensibly.
I've not lost what I wanted to so far but then again......
I have lost. So I'll go again in a few days.
Enjoy your Easter everyone.6 -

I’m not reporting this week, but very motivated to do better next quarter.
I met up with some mum friends on Friday night and one of them has recently lost weight, she looked fantastic (and I told her). She said she put weight on during lockdown and then with the onslaught on the peri-menopause afterwards. She was telling me it’s her taken her 2 years to lose the weight, and she’s done it through lifestyle changes.
It’s exactly the position I’m in, and it really resonated. She looked so much more confident and happy in her clothes, it has really pushed me to make the same changes.
